Massage, Tai chi , and Structural Therapy are the trifecta for chronic pain management and overall improvement for your personal vitality!
1. Massage - A Powerful Ally
There's no denying the power of bodywork even if you consider it pampering massage therapy. It can be a powerful ally in your healthcare regimen. Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress related. Perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress. While eliminating anxiety and pressure altogether in this fast-paced world may be idealistic, massage can, without a doubt, help manage stress. This translates into:
Decreased anxiety | Enhanced sleep quality | Greater energy | Improved concentration | |ncreased circulation | Reduced fatigue.
Furthermore, clients often report a sense of clarity and peace after receiving a massage. This emotional balance can be just as vital and valuable as the more tangible physical benefits.

2. Tai Chi – A Potent Mediator
Adding this amazing component to your wellness plan can make the difference with your success on your path to wellness. Tai chi is an ancient exercise that blends the mind with body movements in a slow, graceful way. Everyone can participate in this exercise for health and vitality. 3. . Structural Therapy – A Commanding Partner
Structural Integration (SI) is a system of manual therapy and sensorimotor education that aims to improve biomechanical functioning as a whole rather than to treat particular symptoms. Many times we look at only one part of the problem. SI helps us look at your total body – how, why, and when you are holding a particular pattern that increases your pain. SI unlocks that pattern. In addition to the regular SI techniques, I use kinesiotaping for lymphatic re-direction and as a biofeedback mechanism. This translates into:
Decreased pain | Increased circulation | Increased lymphatic flows | Decreased anxiety | Reduced fatigue | Greater energy
Clients report immediately feeling better upon taping the area. Re-education of the soft tissues and the mind occur simultaneously.
